Support for digital sound packs purchased from Narfsounds is available exclusively to the original customer who made the purchase. We will only provide support to the individual or entity that initially acquired the product through our website.

2. Non-Transferable Support
Support for our sound packs does not extend to future owners of the keyboards or devices on which these sound packs are installed. If you transfer or sell your keyboard or device, the new owner will not be eligible for support from Narfsounds.

a. Re-Sending Links: We will not entertain requests to re-send links to the sound pack files after the initial purchase. It is the responsibility of the original customer to securely store and back up their digital sound pack files.
b. Updates and Technical Support: We will provide updates and technical support only to the original customers who purchased the sound packs. Any updates or technical assistance provided by Narfsounds is not available to subsequent owners of the sound packs.
